So here is a good laugh, for all of you feeling stressed. Christmas is a time for family, children, good memories, friends,love, joy and peace. Sometimes we get to caught up in our own STUFF and forget. When I go shopping,talk to friends, or look on face book people are stressed, grumpy and just plain miserable. So here is a good laugh to hopefully help you lighten up a little! Remember everyday you have a choice to give the evil eye or smile!

Welcome to the new face of Just Exhale! We are so excited to announce many changes and new adventures for "Just Exhale" this year. We have done a lot of work in the last 6 months re-designing the website, all new meditation cd covers, a women's cruise to the Bahamas for April! Thanks to reconnecting with an old friend Tasha and her collaboration on the new look & feel of the company, it is finally where we are 100% thrilled with the out come! It has been a fun and inspiring process so far and I am very pleased & excited to share it with you all!
