It’s so easy! Just find a quite place to sit or lie down. Make yourself really comfortable. The more comfortable you are the easier it is to relax. Put on your favorite headphones, press play and close your eyes. This will help you focus and cut out distractions. Some people find it beneficial to listen to the meditation first to hear what they will experience. Please be aware that you may do this, but not while driving or doing any activity that requires your full attention! Even though you are just listening, you may find that you will go into the meditation regardless. Treat it as such for your own safety.
